"The Voice of Cardiothoracic Medicine in Asia" Message to readers:

Our covers feature “Scenes from Asia” starting in 1995 - The photos were taken by our staff/editors/friends.

“An imaginative visitor to Asia is presented with a dazzling array of ancient cultures, folklore, religions, languages, and ethnic diversity. The region abounds with testaments of man's great achievements, nature's most violent eruptions, legends, and scenes of wondrous beauty and charm. The ASIAN ANNALS intends to draw the attention of its readers to the diverse landmarks and vastness of the Asian continent and the Pacific Rim, along with its ongoing contributions to civilization.

We expect these images will provoke a desire to gain a more focused insight into the region and learn about recent advancements in Asian cardiovascular medicine through the pages of the journal. The Regional News section was designed to chronicle noteworthy events, highlight important meetings and personalities, and focus on the latest technology, allowing readers to explore the diverse components contributing to the impressive but still under-documented progress in Asian healthcare.

Please join us in exploring care for the heart in Asia & the Pacific.
